What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs vary depending on the delivery quantity, delivery location and delivery type and are displayed directly in the shopping cart before the purchase is completed. From a net goods value of 5,000 euros, we deliver free of charge within Germany (except islands).
What types of delivery are there?
Depending on the size of your order, we will ship with the most favorable shipping and forwarding costs for you. We offer the following types of delivery:
- Post / parcel delivery
- Delivery by external shipping company
- Delivery with our own vehicle fleet
- Pick up in our central warehouse in Oldenburg
Can I pick up my goods myself?
You are welcome to pick up the goods you have ordered from our central warehouse in 26131 Oldenburg. Simply select collection yourself when ordering online. You will be informed by email as soon as your goods are ready for collection. When collecting the goods yourself, please ensure that either the recipient of the invoice or an explicitly authorized person carries out the collection. Collection is only possible in connection with a photo ID of the buyer or the authorized representative.
Can the delivery address differ from the billing address?
Yes, the delivery address can differ from the billing address. Simply enter the desired addresses in the appropriate fields when placing your order. Please make sure that the delivery address can be approached by a large truck / semitrailer, especially in the case of forwarding shipments.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery times are displayed for the respective article. There is no partial delivery: If the items in your order have different delivery times, the longest delivery time for the entire order is deemed to have been agreed. If you explicitly want a partial delivery, please contact us via email or phone. We are happy to assist you.
Can I specify a preferred delivery date?
Unfortunately, a desired delivery date is not possible for Tegometall shelf parts that are sent to you by post.
If the order is sent to you by a forwarding agent or our own MEINEX vehicle fleet, you are welcome to coordinate your desired delivery date with our tour planning: You can reach us at the email address email@example.com or by phone at +49 441 960 10622.
Please understand if short-term delivery requests cannot be taken into account.
My goods were damaged in transit; what now?
In order for us to be able to raise any claims from transport damage to the transport company, we are dependent on your assistance in the event of transport damage. Please check the shipment for possible damage immediately upon receipt of the goods and in the event of externally visible transport damage, we ask you to complain to the shipping company upon receipt of the delivery. Please confirm the delivery note with the appropriate information. In the event of transport damage, please fill out the defect report and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you as soon as possible and find a solution.
Which delivery service is used for delivery?
When sending parcels, you are usually supplied with DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS from HERMES.
In the case of forwarding orders - depending on the delivery area and quantity - you will be supplied by our own MEINEX team or our long-term forwarding partners such as Kühne & Nagel, SCHENKER or DeBoer.
Can I book an assembly?
Tegometall shelves are very easy to assemble. We would be happy to advise you and send you the relevant assembly instructions. You can find video assembly instructions here. The assembly instructions in PDF format can be found here. However, we currently do not offer an assembly service.
Do you ship into foreign countries?
We have many years of experience in the field of export and are happy to help you with any questions. However, the freight costs specified in the shopping cart relate exclusively to delivery within Germany. Please put all the desired items in the shopping cart and then ask about your individual freight costs. We will then inform you about the most favorable shipping and forwarding costs for you.
Do you also deliver to German islands?
See "Do you also deliver abroad". Alternatively, delivery to the ferry terminal at standard conditions is possible.

What is the status of my delivery?
As soon as your goods leave our central warehouse, you will be informed by email.
In the case of a parcel shipment, you will receive the shipment number and can use the tracking function of the respective transport service provider to track your shipment. Under certain circumstances and depending on the transport service provider, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be displayed.
In the case of a forwarding shipment, you will be contacted by phone by the respective carrier prior to delivery.
Which payment methods does the Meinex TEGOMETALL online shop offer?
We offer you the most common payment options. Absolutely safe and reliable. It goes without saying that we treat your personal data as strictly confidential.
PayPal: With PayPal you can pay for your goods easily and, above all, safely and cashless online. Your credit card and bank details are only stored with PayPal. The service is free of charge for you.
Credit card: With us you can pay conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. If you purchase with a credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately. It is a PayPal service. However, you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. The service is free of charge for you.
Sofortüberweisung: SOFORT Banking is a Europe-wide payment method that enables buyers to make donations or payments without having to set up an account. As a customer, you use your own online banking data to log in and transfer money from your own bank account. SOFORT Banking has been tested by the TÜV and offers the appropriate security for use as a payment method.
Giropay: In Germany, online transfers are preferred. This makes the Giropay system, supported by over 1,500 banks, a very popular payment method on the German market. Since the transfers are made in real time, payments via Giropay are 100% secure.
Prepayment: You will receive our bank details and account details by email in your order confirmation. A payment period of 5 working days applies to prepayment orders. We reserve the right to sell the goods elsewhere if payment has not been received by the deadline.
iDEAL: iDEAL is the most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. The customer transfers the respective amount of money directly from their bank account in the online banking environment they are familiar with. This guarantees a successful payment that can no longer be withdrawn by the customer. The customer's bank guarantees the security of the transaction.
EPS: Alternative payment methods dominate the Austrian e-commerce market. Payments are most often made by bank transfer, with EPS being the most popular payment method for bank transfers in Austria. Customers place their trust in EPS because it is an initiative of Austrian banks and the government.
