Shipping and Payment Terms
Delivery costs:
Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery quantity, place of delivery and delivery method and are shown directly in the shopping cart before completing the purchase.
Delivery methods:
Depending on the size of your order, we ship at the shipping and forwarding costs that are most favorable for you. We offer the following delivery methods:
- Post/Parcel Shipping
- Delivery by external forwarding
- Delivery with our own fleet
- Pick-up in our central warehouse in Oldenburg
When shipping parcels, they are usually delivered by DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS or HERMES.
For forwarding orders, depending on the delivery area and quantity, deliveries will be handled by our own MEINEX team or our long-term forwarding partners such as Kühne & Nagel, SCHENKER or DeBoer.
Delivery notes:
We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your goods are ready for shipping. At the same time, you will receive your bill.
In the case of a parcel shipment, you will receive the shipment number and can track your shipment via the tracking function of the respective transport service provider. Under certain circumstances and depending on the transport service provider, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be displayed.
In the case of delivery by own fleet or external forwarding agent, you will be contacted by phone before delivery and informed about the delivery time. ATTENTION: Delivery by forwarding agent needs space! The delivery can be made with a large semitrailer truck of up to 40 tons. In the case of pick-up: You can pick up your ordered goods at our central warehouse in 26131 Oldenburg. Simply select pick-up for your online order. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your goods are ready for collection. For pick-up deliveries, please ensure that either the bill recipient personally or an explicitly authorized person performs the pick-up. Pick-up may only be allowed in combination with a photo ID of the purchaser or the authorized representative.
Delivery address (if different from billing address):
The delivery address can be different from the billing address. Simply enter the desired addresses in your order fields. When determining the delivery address, please ensure that it is suitable for large trucks/semitrailer trucks, especially in the case of forwarding shipments.
Delivery time:
Delivery times are displayed with the respective item. There is no partial delivery: If items of your order should have different delivery times, then the longest delivery time for the entire order is deemed to be agreed.
Requested delivery date:
For Tegometall shelf parts, which are delivered to you by post/parcel delivery, we cannot provide a requested delivery date.

We hope you can understand that short-term delivery requests can not be considered.
Transport damage:
To file any complaints arising from transport damage with the transport company, we are dependent on your help with damage assessment. Please check the shipment for possible damage directly upon receipt of goods and, should there be externally visible transport damage, please file a complaint upon receipt with the shipping company. You may subsequently acknowledge the delivery note with appropriate information. Upon transport damage, please fill in the defect report and send it to reklamation@meinex.de. We will contact you immediately and find a solution.
Payment method:
We offer you the most common payment options. All are absolutely safe and reliable. Of course, we treat your personal information as strictly confidential.
PayPal: With PayPal, you can easily and securely pay your goods online without cash. Your credit card and bank details are only stored with PayPal. The service is free of charge for you.
Direct debit: You can simply pay by SEPA direct debit. This service is provided by PayPal. There is no need for a credit card with an expiration date or a cumbersome recharge of your PayPal account. The service is free of charge for you.
Credit card: You can comfortably and safely pay by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. In case of purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately. This service is provided by PayPal. However, you need not have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. The service is free of charge for you.
Advance payment: You will receive our bank and account details by e-mail in your order confirmation. For advance payment orders, a payment period of 5 working days applies. We reserve the right to sell the goods elsewhere if the payment has not been received by the deadline.
